The first article by Vincelette et al. The two articles were insistent on the need for training to improve the performance of healthcare practitioners. Furthermore, training has a direct role in improving the confidence levels of the practitioners, whereby they tend to be more composed and able to perform their duties despite the amount of pressure they operate under. When team members work seamlessly, they are more likely to be more effective in handling difficult situations.
